Campaign Export: Search Console Keyword Report

Use our Campaign Export tool to easily export a comprehensive Search Console Keyword report comparing a keyword’s CTR across multiple sites. This tool is intended for SEO professionals who manage multiple sites that have been optimized for the same keyword(s).

Data is provided in CSV format, options include one file for each campaign or multiple campaigns in one file, available for download in a compressed ZIP file.

Files are ready for download in 15 minutes to 24 hours depending upon the volume of data requested and the queue at the time of your request. Files remain available for download for 7 days from the time of request.

This Campaign Export tool is located in the Campaigns > Import & Export section of Rank Ranger.

Important! To view this report Google Search Console (Webmaster Tools) must be configured correctly, please refer to our Search Console documentation.

* Search Console Keyword Export is an Enterprise package feature, please contact customer service if you would like to upgrade your account and utilize this and other enterprise benefits.

Select Date and Campaigns

Export Date

Click the Calendar icon and select the date that you want the rank or domain metric data exported for.

Campaigns

Select the campaigns for which you want to export data.

Search Console Keyword Export

Search Console Keyword Export report includes the following data from the Search Console account of one or more campaigns:

Campaign Name
Website URL
Keyword
Impressions
Clicks
CTR
Position

Export File Content Example

Export Options

Select the Data Option:

Select the File Option:

One CSV per campaign
One CSV for all campaigns

Report Options:

Enter a Keyword that is present in the Search Console reports for the campaign(s) and selected time period.
Enter the number of report days (maximum of 90 days preceding the current date because that is the maximum that Google provides). The report will calculate based on the date selected at the top of the screen.

Click the Export button.

Export File Status & Download

Export file details, request date and status display in the table at the top of the screen.

File Status:

Pending: your request is in the queue
Processing: your request is being processed
Ready: your request is ready for you to download. Click the Download button in the Action column. When finished you may click the Remove button to delete the file from our system, otherwise it will be automatically removed in approximately 7 days.
Important! Best practice is to remove the files as soon as you download them and confirm the data that you need is in the file. Leaving large number or size files in your account may cause you to exceed the account limit and cause some functionality to be temporarily disabled.

The Download file is in compressed ZIP format, you can extract the individual CSV file(s) using utilities such as WinRAR, WinZip, 7-Zip, iZip, RAR Extractor, UnZip, etc. depending upon your operating system.

Search Console Data Anomalies

The data displayed in our Search Console reports comes directly via Google's API based on your Search Console integration. If you notice that data seems to be missing, there are a smaller number of items or pages in results than expected, or a significant/unexplained drop in performance, please refer to Google's Data anomalies in Search Console page for an explanation.
