WhatConverts Report

What Converts is a call tracking and leads management system that provides the marketers with the data to understand what works for their business.
The WhatConverts report consists of Overview, Leads by Day, Leads by Source, and Leads by Keyword. The metrics include the number of calls, text messages, webforms, and chats.

WhatConverts reports are located in Reports & Tools > Digital Marketing > Call Tracking.

Important! To view this report, you must authorize a connection to a WhatConverts account.

WhatConverts Overview Report

Example

The overview displays all available data in the WhatConverts project connected to the campaign. In this case: Leads, Web Forms, and Phone Calls.

Leads by Day

The Leads by Day a colorful chart provides a daily number of available data for the specified date range.

Leads by Source

The Leads by Source section provides a visual chart and table detailing the source, number of leads, and the source's percentage of all leads.

Leads by Keyword

The Leads by Keyword section provides a visual chart and table detailing the keywords, number of leads, and the source's percentage of all leads.

Report Options

Report Dates

Select a Report Date range from the Report Options calendar tool

General Options

Enter a custom report title, if desired.

Show or Hide Report Sections

Overview of Leads statistics

Leads by Source chart and report
Leads by Keyword chart and report
